Damage Claim Process

All damage claims must be reported at the time of the incident or no later than 24 hours after discovery by calling 1-888-359-0444 and selecting prompt 3. Claims not reported within 24 hours may be declined.

A claim must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims not submitted within this timeframe will be denied. Once received, a claims specialist will authenticate your claim and begin the investigation process. You will receive updates on your claim status, and while most claims are resolved quickly, if you have not received a resolution within 30 days, you may write to the following address:

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Minor Scratches & Cosmetic Damage: Small surface scratches or scuffs resulting from routine service operations, such as lockouts or roadside assistance, are not covered.

2. Aftermarket Products & Modifications: We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket wheels, lighting systems, truck covers, or other non-factory modifications.

3. Unsecured Cargo & Personal Belongings: Customers are solely responsible for securing cargo, personal items, or vehicle accessories. SERA Inc. is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to unsecured cargo or belongings.

4. Tire Repairs & Manufacturer Warranties: Tire changes are warrantied for 50 miles or the manufacturer’s recommended interval, whichever occurs first.

SERA Inc. is not responsible for voided manufacturer warranties resulting from tire repairs or services performed by our technicians.

5. General Disclaimer: SERA Inc. provides roadside assistance with reasonable care but does not guarantee that vehicle services will prevent further mechanical issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a safe, roadworthy condition after service.

Any pre-existing damage or mechanical failures unrelated to our service are not eligible for claims.
