All damage claims Should be reported at the time of the incident but no later than 24 hours after the damage is discovered by calling 1-888-359-0444 and selecting prompt 3 damage claims not reported within 24 hours may be declined a claim must also be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence of the damage at claims not submitted within 30 days will be denied, A claims specialist will contact you within 24 hours to authenticate your claim and start the investigation process once reviewed you will receive updates on the status of your claim, typically claims are resolved quickly however if you have not received a satisfactory resolution within 30 days please write to the address below.
